    Culminating with the 2017 Pro Bowl game at Camping World Stadium on Sunday, January 29 and televised live at 7 PM CT on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, Pro Bowl week will celebrate all levels of football -- from youth to high school to the NFL's best.

    The 2017 Pro Bowl will feature a return to the traditional AFC vs. NFC game format following three years using a revised, "unconferenced" format. The NFL's best will once again be in the spotlight as 88 players -- 44 from the AFC and 44 from the NFC -- are determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches.

Casey Carter
Assistant Athletic Trainer

Biography

Casey Carter is in his sixth season as an assistant athletic trainer for the Tennessee Titans in 2014. A dual credentialed healthcare professional, Carter is a licensed athletic trainer and physical therapist in the state of Tennessee. 

Carter joined the Titans organization in 2009 after being employed by Champion Sports Medicine as the Director of Rehabilitation for Troy University in Troy, Ala. In this capacity, he developed and administered the rehabilitation programs for all the Division IA athletes while working with football on a regular basis. His other collegiate football experiences include Auburn University, University of Georgia and Georgia Tech University.

Carter gained most of his rehabilitation knowledge during his tenure with HealthSouth Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in Birmingham, Ala. under the direction of Dr. James Andrews and Kevin Wilk, PT.

A native of Johnson City, Tenn., he is a two-time graduate of East Tennessee State University receiving both his undergraduate degree in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training as well as his doctorate degree in physical therapy. He also holds a masters degree in exercise science from Auburn University.  

Carter currently resides in Nashville, Tenn. with his wife, Holly.
